Eastern Theatre Command
ETC was created out of former Nanjing MR. PLA Rocket Force’s 61 Base (Formerly 51 Base) in Anhu is one of biggest bases for conventional missiles, most of which will be assigned to Eastern TC’s command. But control of nuclear missiles will remain under direct control of CMC. Eastern Fleet Commander serves as deputy theatre commander and commander of all naval forces in Eastern TC.
This formation has multiple amphibious CABs (presumably 2 CABs in each GA)which regularly practise sea crossings and beach landings and are meant for Taiwan invasion. This means that there should be ~36,000 troops available for the first wave of ground forces which can cross Taiwan strait mostly on their own. Rest will need support from navy and private militias.
