Chinese PLA unit with MUCD 75841 is responsible for communications and security of communication lines in Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, Yunnan, and Hainan provinces. It also works with or supports a few other units. It was a part of Strategic Support Force (SSF) before it was split in to three new forces. According to my guess, it should be a part of Information Support Force (ISF).
