How India forced forced PLA’s Xinjiang Military Region reforms

Lot of paki-wumaos got triggered over this tweet:

It was a limited war, both sides won some battles and lost others. But end result was that China was forced to revert to pre-2020 status without any territorial gains. Unconfirmed reports indicate that they may have actually lost patrolling rights in some sectors.

Some facts:

Xinjiang Military Region (XMR) Army troops had no reforms going on before 2020-21 even as rest of the PLA Army was already converted into a Combined Arms Brigades (CAB) structure. XMR troops have a fair number of non-Han ethnic groups and as such are not trusted fully by Han dominated CCP. Even now, XMR is still operating Divisions with relatively much lower firepower while the rest of army is in CABs.

Anyhow, after they broke multiple border protocols and attacked smaller isolated Indian patrol teams, IA troops returned the favour with interest in addition to occupying key vantage points in many areas along LAC. XMR troops were found to be poorly trained and a lot of their gear, including tanks and drones performed much worse than expected.

That led to a hurried induction of military gear which included MBRLs, tanks, howitzers, ATGMs among other things. The four traditional Divisions were modified to include 3 Infantry Combined Arms Regiments, a Firepower Regiment and another for logistics and support.

As of now, Chinese propaganda tactics are just the same as Pakis. Find one minor victory in a battle, keep on spamming it over and over again and chimp out claiming they won even as they lost the war. These little pinks and jiahdi pakis both deserve each other. One thing I have to give them is that their bots are pretty good with it and doing it repeatedly without any critical thinking and shame. CSF and DGISPR do have pretty good budgets, that helps too.
