With my limited understanding, following are the few major points of interest for people who don&#8217;t want to read it all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/c10.patreonusercontent.com\/4\/patreon-media\/p\/post\/168031419\/96a44df2c7c14f3baf9c5f9fae87d8d2\/eyJhIjoxLCJ3Ijo4MjB9\/1.png?token-hash=iIkOXA8kn3kckqNHg_zD_pECXEnFAzLMOeMJ1V5QGBc%3D&amp;token-time=1789257600\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. The war can now be waged for &#8220;development interests&#8221; in addition to &#8220;sovereignty, unity, territorial integrity and security&#8221;. Seems like an excuse for military action over issues like Belt &amp; Road Initiative, overseas investments, loans and supply lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/c10.patreonusercontent.com\/4\/patreon-media\/p\/post\/168031419\/7db24486e5464c4aabed4818211a07c6\/eyJhIjoxLCJ3Ijo4MjB9\/1.png?token-hash=9rmyCH-Q809mNd1gRSVmhfu_Y0u5Y1Kt1dz5YAWXd54%3D&amp;token-time=1789257600\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Jinping and CCP have more control over defence mobilisation than before. Role of provincial governments has been curtailed a bit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/c10.patreonusercontent.com\/4\/patreon-media\/p\/post\/168031419\/dfee584e98c04c739e35271e36c76b9d\/eyJhIjoxLCJ3Ijo4MjB9\/1.png?token-hash=X8Bpnc2rRcfkCNMqIu5ztBxnu5DsmvYhEZ0f4w3fTwg%3D&amp;token-time=1789257600\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Dual-use technologies and infrastructure seemingly have a much greater role to play. Examples not directly mentioned but already being used include civilian ships, space, computing technologies, AI and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.
